Green Cleaning and Aromatherapy Cleaning products are everywhere. They are in our homes, workplace, schools, as well as in the air. They are literally on almost all surfaces. Most conventional cleaning products are petroleum based and loaded with toxic chemicals. They cause more harm than good. Studies are beginning to show the harmful effects of these products on our health and the environment. The effects can range from allergies to illnesses as serious as cancer.
Thankfully, we are beginning to understand the impact of these toxic products on our health and the environment. More and more non toxic “green products” are showing up on store shelves. One need not reach for these pricey fancy green labels though. Look no further than your kitchen pantry! Vinegar and baking soda will clean almost anything.
You can make lots of homemade products that will get the job done. For an extra special touch you can add a few drops of pure essential oils to your homemade cleaning product. These oils will relax or energize, boost your immune system, clear your mind and even release stress and help with depression. For a great all purpose cleaner mix vinegar a little baking soda, warm water and a few drops of pure essential oils, costing very little for a great cleaning agent.
So instead of polluting the world, you will be creating a healthy environment for you and your loved ones. Also, consider hiring a green cleaning company. We should all play a part in replacing these toxic products with natural and safe alternatives for cleaning.
