Instructions:

Boil the Water:

In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil. Use a stainless steel, glass, or copper saucepan.

Decoct the Herbs:

Add the echinacea, elderberry, astragalus, rose hips, and grated ginger to the boiling water.
Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Strain the Tea:

After simmering, strain the herbal mixture to remove the herbs from the liquid.
